Clearly I’ve had Italy and the Amalfi Coast on the brain this week. I blame the fact that we have started planning this year’s trip.
Whenever I think of the Amalfi Coast I am reminded of the amazing lemons the region is famous for… and, of course, the amazing limoncello those lemons make!
I say when life gives you lemons, don’t make lemonade, make limoncello! Just save, print, frame, and add to your bar cart!
