As a native Floridian I have always and will always get a thrill out of dressing for cold weather. The only thing better than having an excuse to wear all of the winter things, is wearing all of the winter things in pink! I mean, how adorable is this amazing pink parka? It is cute and cozy… and currently on sale! Of course, I am sure the novelty of winter clothing would wear off quickly if I ever moved somewhere cold.
I knew this coat would be perfect for chilly Indiana, and I was right. As cute as this pink poodle color is, the jacket is equally functional. It was great for our early morning hikes through the sand dunes. I layered this warm, woolly pink turtleneck underneath and finished my all-pink look with these toasty cashmere-lined gloves (that are tech friendly btw). If you are looking for a great last minute gift or stocking stuffer, these gloves are prefect.
Obviously, I had to wear my all-pink look the day we visited the Century of Progress homes in the Indiana Dunes. The most famous of these home is Barbie pink. There is no such thing as too much pink… right? I think this home and this look proves just that!
